Job Description
We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager (finance transitions & transformation) for Finance Shared Services in India for migrating finance processes from International locations to India and post migration, able to transform Finance shared service into Center of Excellence for all three towers of O2C, P2P & R2R. He/ she must demonstrate solid experience in leading and managing multiple financial services Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Collections, and Treasury Operations etc.
finance shared services Knowledge & hands on experience on MS Visio and project governance/management/process mapping SIPOC/COPIS 1-5/flow design/SOP/DIs/Transition plan/toll gates/Risks & mitigation plan/Issue log/SOW/POD/POA matrix etc. is a must Should have managed transitions from initiation to stabilization, implementation of best practices and standardization of processes. Proven experience in leading projects for transforming finance shared services from transaction processing to Expense controllership Experience in nurturing Six Sigma and SOX compliance for shared service environment Experience of business transformation, implementation of DMS/BPM/Concur/OCR/ICR/Hyperion and experience in upgrade for ERP systems such as SAP will be preferred Hands on experience on team management and project management Sound experience on deploying the P2P/O2C/R2R solutions, automation tools which are used in industry Should have blend of experience in both project and operations management. Post migration, should focus on process efficiencies/ Six Sigma implementation/Dash board presentation and process transformation. Should be able to lead and manage the end to end Projects and provide guidance to the project & operations team Should be able to track risks and mitigation plans for executing the projects, track end to end progress and including publishing the dashboards to management. Should be open to travel to client locations abroad for short / long term duration depending on the business requirements Able to manage conflict situations effectively and work positively under pressure keeping end result in mind Soft Skills required Ownership and accountability Client relationship management Independent decision making Team management: ability to coach, mentor and motivate people Problem solving and conflict resolution Excellent communication & interpersonal skills written and oral Academic Qualifications CA or MBA (Regular) Preferred or At least 8 years of on the job experience in transition & transformation management for Finance Shared Services PMP (Project Management Professional) certified (Preferred) Should have managed operations management through MIS/Dashboard/SLA/KPI/Quality assurance 2+ years people management experience 3+ Years of on the job experience in FSS setup (Preferred) Excellent project management tools/MS Projects & presentation skills Strong drive for results Strong interpersonal skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Takes complete ownership Excellent stakeholders Management Others Travel involved outside India 60:40 (Initial phase can be higher) B1 Visa (Preferred) Shift timing : As per business requirement
