Job Description
Responsible for the preparation of all original documents required by the banker and advocate
Maintaining all the files which is in regular correspondence with documents received from govt departments
Preparing Documents for Renewal of Licenses and other renewal NOCs, fresh contract registration certificate, labour cess etc
Maintaining all the correspondence documents/files of different Projects in an up to date manner
Filing online application required by government departments (licensing authorities)
Preparing draft/replies against the letters/Notices received from different Departments from periodically
Keeping all the original documents as well as the photocopies of the same documents of all projects
Updating the originals and photocopies from time to time
