The candidate will be responsible for headhunting and mapping for niche-skills
Understanding & analyzing client manpower requirements
Serving as internal consultants by analyzing a company’s current HR programs and recommending solutions
Conducting preliminary interviews & Scheduling interviews
Must have intellect to learn industry verticals pertaining to Recruitment
Running turn-key projects & recruitment process outsourcing
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to handle multiple requirements independently
