Job Description

cKers is looking to recruit a Head of - Finance, Risk and Compliance, looking to join it in its foundation stages- with all the joys and challenges associated with it!

The candidate should be adept at financial management, accounting and regulatory compliance.

You would be responsible for : 

Managing finances for the NBFC including asset liability management, treasury management, budgeting and forecasting

Regulatory compliance including timely regulatory reporting to RBI, reporting and compliance for Registrar of Companies and other statutory authorities

Compliance requirements for any offshore vehicles which may be setup for fund raising

Develop and maintain the financial accounting, management reporting and taxation systems

Setting up appropriate internal controls and an arms-length and transfer pricing mechanism

Setup and management of the IT Systems for loan booking, treasury management and accounting

Assisting the Board of Directors and various Committees of the Board in managing and supervising the operations of the NBFC

Assisting ED Operations in design and administration of internal credit and risk management policies

Supporting Investor relations management (both debt and equity investors) including reporting requirements
