Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who will Clean a given numbers of rooms according to Company standards ensuring a defect free room.

Responsible for the cleanliness and maintance of his work area.

Should be helpful and courteous to guests at all times.

Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.

Follow-up on any assignments by his supervisor.

Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.

Authorise to enter in guestrooms for cleaning and providing turndown services as per requirement.

Report maintenance problems in the room to the supervisor.
