Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for the business performance of the restaurant.


• Supervises the function of the Restaurant operations, facilities, employees and costs.


• Meet, greet and encourage feedback from guests and use feedback to implement positive changes within the restaurant.


• Respond to customer queries and complaints.


• Monitoring reservations, upkeep of the restaurants, live-band /DJ schedules, duty allocations and shift checklist, staff briefing & duty rosters.


• Organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.


• Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.


• Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development.


• Set budgets or agree them with senior management.


• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.


• check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.


• Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff.
