We are seeking an experienced "Windows Web Server Administrator The responsibilities for this position include helpdesk and system administrator responsibilities (desktop administration and backup responsibilities) and also expected to participate in worldwide projects and to set IT policies along with the team. The person in this role will be expected to assist in remote user support in other Reval offices across the world.
Responsibilities
Provide end to end IT support to all departments, minimum level 1, with problems related to all hardware, software andnetwork technologies.
Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks
Work on global projects alongside rest of IT teams globally
Install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices
Install, configure, maintain backup using backup software
Assist users in setting up audio/ video conferences
Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of all hardware and software processes and inventory.
Perform end to end email system administration, Outlook and Exchange, such as directory updates, troubleshooting, distribution lists, backup, and databases.
Manage new hires/termination process, which includes setting up/deleting active directory, exchange, Postini, RSA, keycards, mobile and Cisco phone accounts.
Manage infrastructure security, which includes virus protection, patch management, access control and audits.
Perform telephony administration such as adding/removing/changing users, editing phone numbers, and directory.
Monitor and troubleshoot servers, VMs, applications, VPNs and internet links.
Train/educate users during new application deployment, for best practices, company policies and procedures.
Support procurement of hardware and software needs
Support team in analyzing and resolving critical problems involving any part of the infrastructure systems.
Support critical issue escalations and collaborate with external vendor support to ensure issue mitigation
Provide regular status reports to management
