We are hiring Sr. Manager/AVP operations position for Gurgaon location.Job Description: Candidate must have strong understanding on retail lending operations of SME/MSME segment with MFI-NBFC/NBFC/private bank.
Team handling experience of at least 5-10 members for at least 3 years
Person with min experience of 9-10 years in retail/MSME lending operations.
Job Description with role and responsibilities
Lending System implementation
Playing important role in smooth implementation of LOS and LMS
UAT/generation of various MIS/implementing document management system
Process compliance and control
Ensure correct documentation is used during disbursal by managing audit of each disbursed case
Making sure that the branch processes are run in a smooth manner with zero flaws.
Maintain all required MIS reports for the branch showing TAT, productivity and accuracy
Oversees daily operations and ensures implementation of SOP audit guidelines/findings Guidelines as defined in theoperations manual and responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance
Maintaining MIS for various processes and tracking ACH/PDC returns
Ensure implementation of Operations process, policies & Audit
Meeting service quality
Ensure error free transaction at file login, disbursal preparation KIT and fund transfer
Tracking cash collection deposited by branch and reporting any shortfall/delay as per ONCT process manual
Ensure that the Internal query from branches are attended to and resolve the same in an efficient manner and within stipulated TAT's
Collating and preparation of reports including BRS, RBI returns
Productivity and cost convenience
Monitor staff productivity and create cost conscious culture by KAIZEN and outsourcing non-core activity
Performance review and competency management
Ensure periodic performance appraisal for team and recommend steps for improvement by building culture for staff competence.
