Job Description

• Effectively manage process performance and service levels consistently


• Conducting secondary searches to derive insights used to develop strategy for the consumer healthcare portfolio.


• Develop strategies on the floor for reducing attrition and improving employee satisfaction


• Drive process improvement activity on the floor using Process Excellence methodology. 


• Ability to analyze escalations and proactively identify control measures


• Identification, analyzing and reporting of project-relevant data from sundry sources and available databases


• Assist new hires, help in process training


• Collaborate with the team to analyze secondary data and ensure analysis is correctly represented in reports (in Word, PowerPoint and Excel)


• Document monthly performance review of associates
