Job Description

• Responsible for reconciliation , debtors , taxes and balance-sheet making


• Must be a Chartered Accountant . 


• Prepare period end financial statements - P/L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow


• Day to day accounting - Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting of Operations on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Basis


• On an annual basis prepare budget reports for review by Directors.


• Ensure Compliance with statutory authority and audit requirements


• Update and Maintain Job Costing Statistics for all Positions


• Track and monitor revenue for accuracy, verifying it against sub ledger report on a monthly basis.


• Perform specified elements of company tax return for review by external accountants.


• On monthly basis track and review expenditure against set budgets with a Budget inconsistencies report


• Knowledge of Tally 9.0 ERP, MS office, Billing and Reconciliation, Taxation, Service Tax, Income Tax, VAT, Statutory Compliances etc.


• Holds the Periodic Calls with business partners to ensure communication and service relationship are maintained at healthy levels. 


• Team Handling & People management (must)
