Job Description
- Responsible to defend cases filed against the bank
- Responsible for suitable legal actions against defaulters
- Handeling legal advisory and contracts management
- Should have knowledge of Collections and recovery
- Recovery in system written off contracts
- Following up with the existing team of collections executives and build strategies to crack unpaid cases
- Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers
- Follow up on the existing pool of unpaid accounts proceed with legal action
