Job Description

• Must be familiar with the legal requirements regarding importing and exporting shipments, as well as their company\'s internal procedures


• Must have customer service and negotiation skills to deal with the demands of overseas and local clients


• Must have jointly handled Customs clearance; Export/ Import documentation [Air Way Bill; Consignment Note; Bill of Entry; Original Invoice; Certificate of origin; etc.]


• Experience in liaising with Customs authorities; Familiar with Customs/ Excise Duties & levies; Demurrages; Penalties; etc


• Must have assisted/ jointly handled Imports & Exports transactions


• Knowledge on International Freight & Logistics distribution; EDI; INCO-Terms; Free Trade Zones; EOU; STPI; SEZ; etc.
