Job Description
- Analyze and coordinate purchase orders and invoices daily
- Manage communications for purchase orders with vendors
- Follow up with supplies to ensure on-time deliveries to meet business needs
- provide timely feedback to internal customer on status of requistion, purchase orders and scheduled deliveries
- Issue purchase order and confirms supplier receipt and acceptance
- Monitoring and follow-up on overdue purchase orders. requisitions and open invoices
- Prepare reports concerning supply chain operations
- Take inventory and analize all documentation such as invoices, bills, and other supply documents
- Ensuring that goods are shipped to and from through quickest routes and cost effectively
