Education-

UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:CA, ICWA (CMA)

Desired Candidate Profile

Preparation of Financial Statements Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss Account along
with Schedules and Compliances of Accounting Standards / IFRS for the Final
Statutory Audit and Tax Audit.
Forex Remittance made and Ensure timely payment of loans.
Arrangement of working capital from banks / financial institutions when needed.
Preparation and submission of capital and revenue budget.
All new projects, bank loans, project finance and investments.
Attending to specific queries raised by the insurance companies in coordination with
insurance department.
Costing
Under utilization of equipment.
Doctor Wise income.
Consumable analysis.
Review of Receivables dues from the various insurance companies with insurance
department.
Review of payable statements in various classes of vendors at periodical intervals.
Management Information System (MIS)
Co-ordinate with the Preparation of the quarterly accounting statements for
submission of Board of Directors covering the followings
Profit and Loss account and Balance sheet with the schedules.
Cash flow statement.
Ensure that the salaries to employees are made in time by making available
required funds.
Review of Physical verification and valuation of all the Stocks in branch wise
periodically.

Leadership: Capability to handle a team of professionals, including providing
directions & and get the best out of the team.
