Job Description

• Conducting process and compliance based Internal Audits for software development teams & support functions


• Audit the number of calls given by the client on daily basis


• Deep knowledge of the CMMI Process framework


• Recording feedback and informing the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) about the area of improvements


• Bringing in necessary changes to the process and constant updation of BPO's core process


• Checking the incorporated knowledge of CSR and training them accordingly


• Attending call calibrations


• Checking the telephonic etiquettes, hold procedure, and the resoltion for the customer request and groom them accordingly


• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
