Job Description


  •  Manage and build strong business relationship with all the key supermarket accounts

  • Develop long-term and short-term sales goals

  • Difining channel strategies to achieve business objectives

  • Identify growth opportunities and develope sales activities

  • Working closely with the product and trade marketing teams

  • Oversee the performance of the accounts in terms of their category and shelf analysis, sales and promotional effectiveness

  • Lead a sales team consisting of Key Accounts Executives, Sales Representatives and Merchandisers on the Day-to-Day operations

  • Motivate the team to achieve Company's strategic goals

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
