Job Description
- Manage and build strong business relationship with all the key supermarket accounts
- Develop long-term and short-term sales goals
- Difining channel strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify growth opportunities and develope sales activities
- Working closely with the product and trade marketing teams
- Oversee the performance of the accounts in terms of their category and shelf analysis, sales and promotional effectiveness
- Lead a sales team consisting of Key Accounts Executives, Sales Representatives and Merchandisers on the Day-to-Day operations
- Motivate the team to achieve Company's strategic goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
