Job Description

 

He should be responsible for all activities related to Finance, Working Capital Management / Project finance, Liaison with banks and other financial institutions for procurement of working capital, term loan and non-fund based limits, Planning& procurement of finance, Budgeting, preparation of financial analysis, advise to mgt for finance management.Fair exposure and diligent in the implementation of project quality plan, ISO 9001:2000 requirements.

• To provide valuable service and achieve the project objectives successfully in a project team, through the application of knowledge and gained experience to contribute to the success and growth of the company.


• Formulation of procedures to determine quality rating of building, Inspection of site activities, Monthly meeting with contractors, Approval of construction materials, Finalization of method statements , ITP and formats based on contract specifications, Verifying tests at site and third party laboratories, Reporting of QAQC activities along with non conformances (corrective and preventative measures to the management on weekly basis. A regular audit to vendors and subcontractors is also a part of my scope of responsibilities. Involved in implementation of various cost cutting techniques / use of innovative materials in the construction. 


• Checking of all major structural pour, preparation of mock- up / -samples, starting of any new activity on site.


• Identify, Calibrate and maintain Master List of Testing and measuring equipment.


• Reviewing of Project Quality Plan, ITPs and Method Statement of Nominated Sub-contractors prior to final submission to the consultant / client for the final approval.


• Reviewing all material submissions prior to final submission to client for the approvals. It includes making compliances statement between project specification / BS/ASTM etc. requirements V/s product data sheet / information provided by the vendor/supplier.


• Organize and conduct Management Review Meeting (MRM), preparation of reports and communication to all concerned
