You will be working with one of the leading IT companies of India and handling database related problems of our reputed international clients. This job will require you to be adept in complex environments building and deploying MPPDatabases, Hadoop ecosystem, in-memory data grids, Java EE, BI/DW, or equivalent enterprise scenarios






1. Performance Tuning


2. EBS support (R12.2.x)


3. R11 & R12 Administration


4. Upgrade and Support Job (R11 to R12, R12.0.1 to R12.1.1, R12.2.2 9i to 11g / 10g to 11g)


5. Migration Project Support


6. Support L1 team for escalated issues


7. Perform the Apps DBA activities


8. Performance Monitoring and Tuning (Apps & DB)


9. Patch management, Cloning and Core DBA activities


10. RMAN/Logical Backup and Restore activities


11. Concurrent Program Troubleshooting


12. System Administration Activities (Users, Responsibilities, Forms etc)


13. Workflow Configuration and Setup


14. RAC and Data Guard support


15. Support through 3rd Party monitoring and performance tuning tools; i.e. Ignite


16. Work as part of a Team and provide 24/7 support for critical situations


17. Responsible for the support and maintenance of the applications & databases in 24/7 offshore model
