Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
Quarterly balance sheet
Monthly expense variance analysis
Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting
Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies
Manage Fixed Assets
Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
Responsible to handle all accounting works
Manage Account payable
Manage Account receivable
Prepare Bank Reconciliation
Making Journal Entries
Manage the daily accounting.
Responsible for making all entries.
Prepare the monthly MIS report.
Managing the day to day activities of accounts.
Verify the travel bills with concerned department.
Maintaining books of Accounts.
Maintaining Stock Register.
Maintain T.D.S Record, Preparing Monthly T.D.S Deposit Report,
Preparation of Vouchers & Maintaining Petty Cash.
Liaison with Government Bodies ESIC, PF and Banks.
