Job Description
This job will exclusively focus on managing IT requirements with focus on various skills including the ones at mid management level. Our customer bases are mainly MNCs, Start Ups, Captives & SMEs
Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates in comparison to client requirements.
Coordinating Technical interviews with the US/India team and maintain communications and update all the parties involved via email/phone as required.
Upload requirements and resumes and all other details in the Share Point portal against the requirement.
Format the resume and present shortlisted candidates to manager/clients with their key skills and all the info on the candidates as per the requirement.
Job Responsibilty
Min 0.6 months--3 yrs of experience in IT recruitment.
Plan & execute the client deliverable.
Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.
Deliver on business targets and meet overall quality parameters.
Responsible for managing the client & their expectations.
Responsible for sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels, mainly through references and social networking.
Source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates.
