•  Self Recruitment - Using available hiring resources and portals like Linkedin, Indeed, etc to source fresh talent and conducting telephonic / face to face interviews for the relevant positions


• Managing HR Consultant- Msnage partner HR consultants with proper reporting, regular communications and follow ups


• Conducting daily interviews and passing feedbacks to consultants


• onboarding of new candidates, including induction and proper documentation

Must have-

• Excellent command over written and spoken English


• Excallent command over spoken Hindi


• Presentable, confident, assertive and Extrovert
