As a Customer Care Agent you will be responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction and cross-selling. The person will need to work over all aspects of customer care i.e. resolving problems, cross-selling of new products, etc.
· Interact and respond to customer queries over email, telephone, chat
· Both Inbound and outbound calling to solve customer issues
· Cross-selling of products to potential customers
· Resolving complaints and disputes e.g. damaged product received, shipping delay of orders, faulty products, etc
· Manage excel based reports for tracking issues
· Excellent command over written and spoken English
· Excellent command over spoken Hindi
· Typing speed greater than 30 words per minute
· Customer facing confidence
