Job Description

  As a senior member of the sector practice at GDS Lead Advisory, the person would be providing Transaction Advisory services to Global TAS leaders 

 

- Responsible for leading client interactions, delivery, and relationship building with TAS Global Sector leaders 

 

- Work across the entire M&A deal lifecycle from deal origination to closure, including transaction screening, proposals, pitchbooks, industry research, precendent transactions and comparative valuation analysis, opportunity papers, Information Memorandums etc. 

 

Focus teams on the key priorities while working on and managing several medium-size projects 

 

Participate in goal setting, performance appraisal and management of counselees 

 

Have worked on Financial model builds and has working knowledge of valuation techniques, e.g. DCF, Peer relative valuation analysis 

 

- Strong financial research and analytical skills 

 

- Good communication skills - both written and verbal 

 

- Have good knowledge of research databases like Capital IQ, Factset, One Source, Factiva, Reuters, etc. 

 

- Be proficient to search/source right information from relevant sources. Perform QC reviews and ensure that the output delivered is of utmost quality. Manage communication with the on-site teams, and provide thought leadership ideas on scope of work.
