Job Description
- Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle
- Partner with client to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspaper/colleges etc
- Track, identify and shortlist prospective candidates using a veriety of channels
- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate's transition and onboarding process
- Provide analytical and well documented reports to the team leader
- network and build long-lasting clients relationships
