- Responsible for Face to Face interviews on daily basis and giving feedback to partner HR Consultants.
- Responsible for pre joining formalities, onboarding of newly joined employees and full and final procedure of the employee left.
- Salary/ payroll processing of employees- solving salary and attendance issues.
- Building up all the HR Plans and Policies as per changing needs
- Responsible for employee engagement activities and internal conflict management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership qualities.
