Job Description

 We are looking for Recruitment Manager. Should have experience in IT recruitments ,ITES etc. Should have good understanding on hiring methods and use of social media. This is a work from home freelance opportunity .You would be working from your place for all sourcing candidates.You can work while remaining in your job for extra income.Talent acquisition and staffing needs for many IT and Start UPs would be a challenging job.

 

For you its not just about working on mandates. You believe in going the extra mile to understand the Client, industry, work culture and environment for requirements pertaining to recruitment. Previous Recruitment / Delivery experience in Recruitment / Staffing space is essential. 

 

You would be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment for the given account and for generating repetitive business from maintaining relationship with the client.

 

Success driven with an excellent track record of client service and delivery.

 

You must be confident, highly approachable and have pleasing personality, and readily adopts a consultative approach when working closely with Clients and Candidates.
