The payroll & attendance management process. Managing the statutory & compliances from the corporate office. Hiring IN software though upload / Manual updation. Compensation & Benefits, Full & Final Settlement. Checking of output report downloaded from HRIS in excel Vs Input. Mater data updations in HRMS and basic check / control on non-financial data. Basic knowledge of statutory compliances relating to Payroll like PF/ ESI / Ptax / LWF and TDS
Variance analysis of payroll and accuracy. Knowledge on various perquisites under Income Tax Act. Annual Compliance report for statutory relating to salaries. Employee queries resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Flexible to work in any shift timings, can join immediately good knowledge on MS-
Excel. Good Accounting/HR/Payroll related knowledge. Knowledge on various
Perquisites under Income Tax Act. Should have finance background (B.com, B.com
Honors, BBA, MBA)
