Job Description
- Design, Develop, Review and Maintain Test Plan and Test Cases.
- Estimate, plan and implement QA schedules.
- Participate and Contribute in Code Reviews with the Dev team.
- Own QA Documentation for defects, procedures and process.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and interface with appropriate project teams on issue resolution on end to end basis.
- Represent QA and contribute to architecture reviews, design reviews, code reviews and static code inspections
- Collaborate with developers to create White box test strategy, test plans from functional specifications
- Ensure testability in code and measure code coverage data regularly
- Ensures a quality through continuous testing and refinement of the code base.
- Identify regression coverage for any code changes Sprint to Sprint.
- Define performance test plans. Execute performance tests on a consistent basis. Define and report against KPIs (key performance indicators).
- Create threat models and collaborate with product owner to define security product requirements.
- Act as an overall quality owner across all Scrum teams helping to define standards and compliance across all team members.
