Job Description

 Designation: Sr HR executive

    Location: Byculla, Mumbai

    Reporting to Sr Manager - HR

    Primary responsibilities:

    Recruitment and on boarding of employees in Tridat Technologies and 

    SKILLDOM Learning Solutions

    Finding innovative ways of recruiting through different channels and sources

    Ensuring all the reports are up-to-date and available for management reviewing whenever requested

    Supporting the HR manager in execution of activities like employee engagement, employee retention, training and development, joining formalities, induction and orientation of neemployees

    Ensure the employee documentation and formalities are complete

    Ensuring that the employees adhere to the companys policies and procedures

    Ensuring disciplinary action is taken against defaulters and maintaining necessary official letters

    Secondary responsibilities:

    Presenting various reports on a timely basis as required by the management

    Guide and support junior employees in achieving their goals

    Overseeing the administration activities

    Monitoring attendance, leaves, late-coming, etc.

Salary:INR 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. Incentives on closure
