- Creating a training and development strategy, vision and action plan to implement dynamic learning systems contributing to the success of the organization.
Analyse the organizations learning needs and assist in designing and development of behavioural and leadership skills program.
Exploring, experimenting and innovating new avenues in learning&developmentareas for creating learning, supporting theorganizations and business needs.
Deployment of learning effectiveness measurement across organization.
