• Sourcing/Screening the resumes as per the client\\\'s requisition.

• Mentoring the usage of various tools for sourcing including, but not limited to various paid and free Job boards, network and search Portals.

• Define, develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies to meet the staffing requirements.



Required Skills:



• Must be a graduate in any stream. (Pursuing candidates need not apply).

• 18 months commitment has to be given.

• Willing to work in NIGHT SHIFT as per US time zone.

• Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.

• Never give up attitude
