• Confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management.
• Coordinating with Finance team for statutory compliances.
• Take skip levels and one on one’s with employees with an end goal to motivate employees at all times.
• Contributing to the evaluation and development of HR strategy, policies and performance in co-operation with the executive team.
• Maintaining awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to all levels within the organization.
• Handling all HR activities such as counseling, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance management, competency profiling, compensation management etc.
• Day to day personnel handling and administration activities such as maintaining employee records, payroll & benefits, expense management, legal documentation, filing, MIS reporting, general correspondence, etc.
• Plan, co-ordinate and execute events and contests from ER standpoint.
• Providing general admin support to the team.
• Ensure all queries/issues/grievance/escalations are handled within the given TAT.
• Responsible for data management & MIS reports in the HR portal
• Maintains confidentiality and sensitivity to all issues and abides by data privacy regulations.
• Conduct Exit interviews and improvise based on the employee’s feedback for continuous improvement.
