4- Conducts periodic audits and collect positive feedback for marketing purposes.
5- Ensures all customer details are updated regularly in the CRM tool.
6- Leverages market data to develop / enhance the current business relationship.
7- Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
8- Demonstrates working knowledge of the hospitality suite of RG products in order to effectively support the customer, liaise with other departments to resolve issues and maximize customer benefits.
9- Responsible for the optimal use of purchased products leading to increased revenue from customer base.
10- Provides regular two-way communication between the customer and team to provide strong team representation and set proper customer expectations.
11- Ensures that customers goals and expectations are being met.
12- Proactively finds ways to build the clients business and grow accounts.
13- Identifies up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for current customers to increase company revenue and customer use of RG products.
