1- Recruitment & Head Hunting.
2- Experience in BPO Hiring.
3- Sourcing suitable profiles through various job portals.
4- Handling Walk-in.
5- Handling the full life cycle of recruitment, i.e, sourcing to salary negotiation.
6- Understanding thoroughly the manpower requirement.
7- Screening Candidates and lining up the candidates.
8- Conducting interviews and maintaining track of each candidate.
9- Accurate data reporting on daily basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
1- Should have excellent spoken and written English skills.
2- Should have basic Knowledge of computer like MS Office.
3- The candidate should be willing to run extra mile and take up new challenges.
4- Should not be pursuing any regular course
5- Candidates with experience in hiring for International BPO
6- (voice) / Consultancy experience can also apply
