Job Description
1- The candidate will be responsible to Handle inbound calls, answering customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
2- Will be responsible to receive calls from the customers.
3- Adhere to the Login hours & maintain the desired AHT Levels
4- Non- Technical, Pure Customer service
5- No Upselling, No Targets
6- Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service
Desired Candidate Profile
1- The Candidates should have minimum 3 - 6 months of experience in an international voice process (Freshers can also apply).
2- Should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
3- Should be Customer focused.
4- Should be comfortable working in shifts.
5- The candidate should be flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
6- Should be Team player.
7- Should have excellent communication in English and Hindi.
