1- Understanding specific requirements of each Line of Business and hence coming up with specific people measures for each.
2- Take interviews and coordinate with the HOD.
3- End to End Recruitment of all Level Executives in various positions.
4- Handle recruitment team and drive team hiring numbers.
5- Individual contribution role for strategic level hiring.
6- Offer and negotiate salary.
Desired Candidate Profile
1- The candidate should have Experience in End to End Recruitment.
2- Datacenter or BPO hiring experience preferred.
3- The candidate should be target oriented.
4- The candidate should have excellent communication skills
5- People Oriented.
