Job Description

1- You should ensure that the best of our services are delivered across our customer base.

2- Should be experienced working on Linux, Windows, Network and Security platform so as to provide technical assistance to the team as and when required.

3- As Sr. Manager for our Internet Data Center, you will be responsible for heading our data center operations.

4- Understand the impact of changes all applications related to Data Center

5- Should ensure smooth functioning of Data center Operations

6- People Management Skills

7- Should have experience in designing and delivering solution as per customer requisition.

8- Budget Management

9- Assess impact and risk to across all applications as it relates to administrative actions.

10- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems as required.

Qualification required: B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E./ MBA/MCA/M.Tech Any Graduate

Desired Candidate Profile

1- You should have Excellent Presentation skills with capability of articulating Data Center solutions for higher end Customers.
2- Should be able to maintain a broad knowledge of new technology, equipment, and systems.
3- The candidate should have at least 10 years experience in Internet Data Center Operations management.
4- Should be able to plan and resource Internet Data Center service operations.
5- Should have deep knowledge and expertise in Customer service management.
