Desired Candidate Profile
1. A+ Certification, RHCE, MCST, CIW, CCNA, CCNP, ECNE & MCSE Professionals would be an added advantage.
2. Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE /B.TECH) - Freshers not eligible
3. Any graduate/undergraduate with at least 6 months of troubleshooting experience in any International Voice based process (Tech/Semi-Tech Process)
