1- Establish excellent understanding of the clients business and provide inputs to the Sales & Marketing team for tools and services required for creation.
2- Coordination and implementation of effective marketing and communications plans. Additionally.
3- Will also be required to develop effective sales tools which can be implemented at the ground level.
4- SR Manager is expected to ensure effective cascading of companys core values, philosophies, strategies and business goals, to the team and ensures sales growth with excellent customer service.
5- SRM is expected to identify opportunities within the client businesss and help bridge those gaps by providing solutions,
6- Create value and maximize growth and improve the business performance of their clients.
7- SRM Manager will be required to give product demonstration, map customer requirement to the product features, establish customer benefits, negotiate and grow the business opportunities with the assigned clients & in assigned geography.
