1- Develop & updating of Job descriptions by coordinating with head of departments.
2- Preparing job specification according to the requisition
3- Recruitment & Head Hunting.
4- Lining up candidates for interview
5- Sourcing suitable profiles through various job portals.
6- Handling the full life cycle of recruitment, i.e, sourcing to salary negotiation.
7- Understanding thoroughly the Manpower requirement of the clients.
8- Scheduling candidates for interviews.
9- Screening the sourced profiles as per Clients Requirements.
10- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
11- Familiar with Job Portals like Naukri.com, Timesjob.com etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
1- The candidate should have strong network of references in BPO industry.
2- Candidate should have good communication skills.
3- Should be presentable.
4- Should have experience of working on Job portal.
