1- Search in various job portals like Dice, Monster, and Corp-to-Corp etc. and through references.
2- Eligible candidate would be Responsible for searching and Screening the candidates on various IT skills
3- Speak with the IT consultants/ software professionals in the US market and get the relevant information.
4- Screening of resumes and match them against the Technical requirements.
5- Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay-rates with subcontracting companies.
6- Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
7- Dealing skillfully with US Citizens, GC, EAD, and H1B Candidates.
8- Level of Experience - 6 months to 3 years
9- The candidate should have experience in US Staffing/ Consulting/ IT Recruitment Industry.
10- The candidate should be excellent negotiation skills.
11- The candidate should have excellent Communication Skills.
12- Willing to work in night shifts (US Timings)
