Job Description

1- To ensure that all the diesel generator sets are in working condition.

2- Responsible for the working condition of AHUs , UPS, STP plant, drainage system, boilers, gas plant, chiller, chiller pumps, pump room and rectifies/reports problems.



3- Maintains prescribed medical gas pressures



4- Take meter reading of HT, LT reading, dental department reading.



5- Makes sure that there is uninterrupted electrical supply to the hospital



6- Maintenance and trouble shooting of water supply and drainage systems.



7- Monitors the medical gas pipeline panel



8- Monitors Oxygen, Nitrous Oxide and compressor Air.

9- Does preventive maintenance as per the schedule



10- Responsible for the lighting, Air condition and Electrical DBs in the hospital



11- Ensures that the nurse calling system are in proper working condition.



12- Ensures the proper maintenance of cylinders in the emergency room.



13- Checks training room systems.



14- Checks and rectifies problems related to plasma TV, PAs system, telephones, printers computes, fax machines and photocopier machine.



15- Provides training equipments when required.



16- Is responsible for the maintenance of the server room systems (backup cassette)

Desired Candidate Profile

1- ITI Electrical or Diploma
2- 1-5 yrs of experience in maintenance of electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, fire fighting system etc.
3- Good attitude & customer focussed
