5- Meet threshold performance parameters as defined for the Team.
6- Remain updated on Current Affairs related to the Business
7- Utilize MIS Skills and actively Manage Database.
8- Identifying the Right Party contacts in organizations to be targeted
9- Sales oriented candidate, Should be capable of successfully engaging the client into progressive discussion.
10- Effectively contribute in building up a robust sales funnel.

1- Ability to Research and create potential database.
2- Excellent communication skills to handle non scripted and scripted sales call and engage in discussions with CXO level executives
3- Ability to use Internet Search Engines effectively.
4- Considerable experience in the BFSI space
