4- Researching customer accounts / Updating notes into CMS

6- PST/ EST work hours however needs to be flexible (24/ 7)
7- Good Analytical and Reasoning Skills
8- Needs to score minimum 65% on BPAT (other than mortgage)
9- Good Typing speed of 20 to 25 WPM with 95% accuracy
