Job Description
1- Monitoring and L3 support of one of the critical applications for a wealth management client.
2- Hands on and expert in Oracle SQL / PL SQL.
3- The resource would be understand and appreciate the criticality of the application and take time action and escalation in case of any issues to make sure the Customer SLA is not breached.
4- Expert in providing L3 support and resolving bugs for the ongoing maintainability of the application.
Desired Candidate Profile
1- Customer facing skills
2- Strong in Oracle Pl/Sql
3- Knowledge of unix or perl scripting would be an added advantage
4- Good with L2/L3 Support
5- Good communication skills.
