Job Description
1- Mixes ingredients to make plaster pours it over wax pattern to form plaster mold of ear.
2- Removes plaster mold from wax pattern.
3- Forms red designing wax into shape of ear, using spatulas, brushes plus gas burner.
4- Makes wax pattern of ear molds plastic impression of ear for use in hearing aids, using hand tools, grinder, and also polishing wheels.
5- Applies hot as well as cold water air to mold to harden plastic liquid in cavity of mold.
6- Mixes ingredients to make plastic compound pours it into plaster mold to form impression of ear.
7- Removes rough casting of ear from mold.
8- Grinds as well as polishes casting to obtain plastic ear impression, using electric grindaer polishing wheels.
