2- The Recruiter should have total experience of more than 8 years and at least 6 years of US recruiting experience.
3- Good understanding of the IT Terms and Technologies.
4- Well versed with US recruitment operations.
5- Should have Excellent understanding of all the tax terms.
6- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7- Self motivated and team player.
8- 3+ Years of experience managing a team of recruiters.
