1- Build excellent understanding of clients business and provide inputs to the Sales, Marketing and functional VP for tools and services required for creation, coordination and implementation of effective transitioning plans.
2- Coordinating with engineering & other functions to migrate & transition client requirements in to reality.
3- Identifying & penetrate the assigned account with value added products and services and effectively up-sell to grow revenue from the account.
4- Additionally, will also be required to develop effective sales tools which can be implemented at the ground level by the reportees i.e. a team of Relationship Managers.
5- Achieve annual sales goals and sales growth targets, as well as ensuring all products are priced to produce corporate profit and market competitiveness.
6- SRM is expected to be an expert in managing, directing, guiding and motivating the assigned team.
7- Periodic travel around the international geography will be required.
8- Producing reports & matrices to monitor action plans leading to performance results.
9- Ensures effective cascading of companys philosophies, strategies and business goals, to the team his and ensures sales growth and excellent customer service.
