2- Explore & develop new business opportunities and understand client\\\'s requirement and Client Acquisition.
3- Develop the foundation for many new client accounts and strategically nurtured the already existing client accounts .
4- Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
5- Get involved in complete Sales/BD/
6- Negotiating Rates/ Contracts and Revenue Generation
7- Assisting Operations department in closing fruitful business deals.
8- Good communication and negotiation skills.
9- Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with American clients.
10- Should have zeal to work in the global scenario.
