Pharmacy, Wellness, Health and Beauty Retail outlets, has 110
outlets in North, East and West India and is adding 2 new
stores each week. The company has an aggressive expansion plan
and will grow into a 250-store retail chain by 31st March
2009.

store operations, Guardian also has a strong presence in
hospitals and currently manages the following hospital
pharmacies.

Supply chain
- We have a robust supply
chain, which handles 40,000 SKU's across the chain and we deal
with every major pharmaceutical company in the country. We
have four distribution centres as follows:
- Gurgaon (10,000 square feet)
- Noida (6,000 square feet)
- Varanasi (3000 square feet)
- Jaipur (2000 square feet)
Guardian Health Chronicle - The
company's newspaper Guardian Health Chronicle, a four page
fortnightly broad-sheet in English and Hindi is distributed
with India's two largest circulated newspapers - Hindustan
Times in English and Dainik Jagran in Hindi. Guardian Health
Chronicle has a circulation of 200,000 copies each week. The

GNC - As part
of our strategy to bring the best of international health and
food supplements products to India, Guardian has signed master
franchisee with GNC Inc, the world's largest dietary

GNC products are available as an implant GNC store within 22
Guardian stores and 2 stand alone stores and are distributed
at another 50 Guardian Pharmacy stores.
Guardian Private Labels
- Continuing with our
strategy to give our customers quality products at competitive
prices we have introduced our private labels in feminine
hygiene and baby care segment. Plans are on anvil to extend
